Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk

The hotel is overall nice. Check in was breeze. They also provided tote bag on check in. Room was nice and big, had sperate common room and bed room with TV on each room. Bathroom was nice. Parking is valet paid. Also we were provided 4th floor room which was very easy to access pool and breakfast area which also lies on same floor. Valet were very attentive and would bring car within couple of minutes everytime. Complimentary breakfast was great and felt like real buffet. Many warm optins and protein, fresh fruits, salads, pastry and also miso soup. Seperate Omelette station, the lady at station was always smiling. Another perk was 2 complimentary drinks per guest per day every evening between 5:30 to 7:30. They also provide light snack during that time. Also there were live music some days. Pool area is overall nice and had hot tub as well. Lots of kids in the pool almost all the time we were there. So if you are coming as family, pool area is great for you. If you are looking for more quite relaxed pool area, this might not be a place for you.

Easy location to everything. Always nice to have a suite but we were put near the elevator which was loud. I suppose you have to have status with Hilton (Silver) to not get the junk room. House keeping was strange- they didn’t offer it on the first day but everyday afterwards. She was somewhat thorough and tidy’d and provided extras as requested. The bartenders at happy hour were entertaining, efficient and poured a nice drink. Breakfast was like a cafeteria- crazy. Hard to find a seat, it was raining one day so no seating outside. Go either super early or the last 20-30min before cut off. The egg station staff were great - fast and efficient in handling the line.

My family and I just came home from Hawaii and what a time we had! Embassy Suites surpassed all my expectations starting with the feeling of "aloha" from the moment we checked in .. big thanks to Lorena for helping us and taking the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions =) The location of this hotel is wonderful because it is central to the main street in Waikiki. You can even cut through Royal Hawaiian if you want to avoid the street crowd to get to the other side. Breakfast buffet was great!! My kids look forward to breakfast everyday. They provided miso soup, yogurt, fruits, eggs, beacon, sausage, rice, pancakes, mini muffins, french toast and ready to made omelette station was fast. I also wanted to acknowledge the employee, Haven. Every morning we were there, he always greeted everyone with a smile and worked so hard and fast cleaning up tables so the next family can sit. Even when it was pouring rain outside.. he was cleaning up everything so efficiently and still with a smile on his face. So, big thank you and aloha to Haven! I always appreciate hard workers when I see them. Happy hour was fun! It's usually from 530-730pm. Each adult gets 2 drinks each and there were a few nights with live music which made the atmosphere more memorable. They provided light snacks such as pretzels, chips, celery/broccoli with ranch. We did not use the pool at all since the beach was down the street so we were there everyday. The rooms were very clean and spacious for a family of 5. The cleaners were very nice and attentive and always asked if we needed anything. Overall, I do not think I can stay at another hotel in Waikiki. This place has it all especially if you have kids! It can be pricey, but you get what you are paying for. See you next year, Embassy Suites =)

The hotel is pretty nice. Decent service. The buffet breakfast with made to order egg selections is pretty good. They offer an early evening snack by the pool which was quite underwhelming. The pool area is clean. We weren't fkying out until the evening on our last day. The hotel was able to extend our checkout by 30min, then stored our bags so we could take in one more ocean excursion and once we came back to pick up our luggage, they gave us a complimentary suite for 30min to freshen up before heading to the airport. We had an amazing stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Waikiki! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of our favorite perks was the complimentary happy hour from 5–7 PM. While the drink selection is limited to a couple of options, it’s still a great touch and a nice way to unwind before heading out for the evening. The location is also perfect — very walkable and close to everything you need. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to a smaller, quieter beach and around 10 minutes to a larger, more lively stretch of sand. Super convenient and easy to enjoy the area without needing a car. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and comfortable Waikiki experience!

My wife and I recently had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites-Waikiki Beach Walk. This was our very first trip to Hawaii so I did not have any experience with any other hotels/locations where we could stay. I checked hotels via Google maps and compared reviews and pricing. I decided to go with this hotel. THE STAFF WERE AMAZING. We interacted with the valet team, the bellman staff, bartenders, dining staff and reception agents. All team members we interacted with were professional, courteous and helpful.

Great location. Very close to the main shopping center and Waikiki Beach. The rooms were a bit outdated but spacious, and the balcony views were beautiful. The included breakfast was definitely a huge plus with a pretty good selection available. All of the staff we encountered were attentive and great!

This hotel needs a facelift. It is clean and the staff offer uniformly superior service. However, it feels like the 1950s. Fixtures are old. The walk from the reception desk to the hula tower is long and unpleasant, including a hallway with doors opening onto machine/electrical rooms. The walk back to the gym (which also is okay, not great) is equally unpleasant and even longer. The elevators are small, and slow when crowded. You cannot call ahead to ask for your car from valet parking. The bellhops are uniformly excellent but there still, of course, is a wait since you cannot call ahead. All in all, a reasonable experience, no massive negatives, excellent personal service, but not fully satisfying. 4 stars.
